Man Charged Over Alleged Assault of Woman in Ba Shop
A man has been charged in relation to an alleged assault of a woman at a shop in Ba on September 2, 2026.
Police confirmed the accused was charged with one count of assault causing actual bodily harm and damaging property.
He was produced at the Ba Magistrates Court on September 4 and was granted bail.
The incident had been captured on video.
The matter remains before the court.
