PM Rabuka Visits Newly-Constructed Vuo Health Centre in Labasa
Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka visited the newly-constructed Vuo Health Centre in Labasa yesterday, highlighting efforts to improve access to healthcare services for rural communities.
The new facility is expected to strengthen primary healthcare services for residents of Vuo, Vunika and surrounding communities, providing easier access to essential medical care.
During the visit, PM Rabuka was briefed on the development of the health centre and preparations underway for its official opening.
He said improving healthcare access in rural areas remains an important priority for the Government.
PM Rabuka also acknowledged the contribution of the community and private sector towards the development of the facility, noting the importance of partnerships in supporting improvements to Fiji’s health infrastructure.
