Dialogue Fiji Boosts CSO Capacity with Project Management Training
FIJI NEWS

Dialogue Fiji successfully conducted a one-day capacity building training on Project Management Fundamentals in Suva, aimed at strengthening the skills of civil society organisations (CSOs) and community-based organisations (CBOs) across Fiji.
The training is part of Dialogue Fiji’s ongoing “Democracy for All: Strengthening Inclusive Governance in Fiji” project, funded by the Delegation of the European Union for the Pacific.
Facilitated by Ms. Ranju Kumar, Owner and Consultant at Smart Training, the workshop offered practical insights into the key aspects of project management.
Ms. Kumar brings years of experience delivering training in partnership with institutions such as Pacific TAFE.
Participants explored essential project management tools and techniques, including developing logical frameworks, setting SMART objectives, managing constraints, stakeholder communication, and applying soft skills in project execution.
“We are grateful to the Delegation of the European Union for their generous support, which made this training possible,” said Dialogue Fiji in a statement. “We also thank all participants for their active engagement and meaningful contributions throughout the session.”
Dialogue Fiji encourages CSOs and CBOs to stay connected via its social media platforms for updates on upcoming initiatives and capacity-building opportunities.
