Dialogue Fiji Calls for Transparency in Constitutional Amendments

Dialogue Fiji has emphasized the need for transparency in the amendment and review of the 2013 Constitution.

Executive Director Nilesh Lal highlighted this during a preliminary session with stakeholders last week.

Lal stressed the importance of constitutionalism, transparency, and accountability in ensuring that the judiciary and other institutions operate independently and effectively.
