Vodafone Fiji has released updated requirements for upgrading eTransport bus cards. Cardholders must visit in person and present valid identification based on the card type.

For red cards, users need to bring one valid ID such as a Voter Card, FRCS Joint Card, FNPF Card, Driver’s License, Passport, or Social Welfare ID.

Students with blue or yellow cards must provide a recent letter from their school, along with their FEMIS ID. The letter must be signed and stamped by the Head of School. A police report is also required for lost or stolen blue cards.

Green and purple cardholders need to present a Social Welfare Yellow ID.

Parents or guardians may upgrade student cards on behalf of students if they have a valid letter from the Head of School.

Vodafone urges all eTransport users to ensure they meet the correct requirements to avoid delays.
