FICAC Charges Director of Public Prosecutions

The Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) has laid charges against the Director of Public Prosecutions, Mr Christopher Pryde.

According to a statement issued by FICAC, the charges stem from allegations that Mr Pryde approved and received payments to which he was not entitled during his tenure as DPP.

The matter is scheduled to be called this morning, Wednesday, 5 August 2025, at 9:30am in the Suva Magistrates Court.

FICAC has indicated that further details will be made available in due course.
