Fiji Airways Expands Cultural Connectivity with Its Longest Route to Dallas/Fort Worth
FIJI NEWS

Fiji Airways has launched its longest direct flight, connecting Nadi to Dallas/Fort Worth, covering approximately 6,625 miles in about 13 hours.
The new service, operated with an Airbus A350-900XWB, runs three times weekly and enhances accessibility to Fiji’s breath taking landscapes and deep cultural heritage.
This route also establishes easier connections to the broader South Pacific, Australia, and New Zealand.
CEO Andre Viljoen emphasized the significance of this addition in bringing Texan and U.S. travellers closer to Fiji's rich traditions and warm hospitality.
Dallas/Fort Worth becomes Fiji Airways' fifth North American destination, joining Los Angeles, San Francisco, Vancouver, and Honolulu.
The Texas route surpasses the distance of the airline’s Vancouver service, reflecting Fiji Airways' commitment to broadening its international reach.
The inaugural flight touched down at DFW Airport on Tuesday, symbolizing an expansion that not only boosts tourism but also strengthens cultural exchange between Fiji and North America.
