Fiji Partners with ISA and QUAD for Solar Energy Projects
FIJI NEWS

The Fijian government has endorsed a grant funding agreement with the International Solar Alliance (ISA) to implement solar energy projects under the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (QUAD) Climate Initiative.
The initiative, supported by Australia, India, Japan, and the United States, aims to enhance energy transition in the Pacific.
The projects will focus on installing solar rooftops in healthcare facilities and solar-powered cold storage for fisheries and agriculture.
The Department of Energy, along with the Ministries of Health, Fisheries, and Agriculture, has identified potential sites for implementation.
ISA will provide technical support for the rollout.
