FIJI NEWS

A team from the Fiji Police Detector Dog Unit (FDDU) arrested a man in Kinoya yesterday during a mobile patrol.
The man, who was with his child, caught the officers' attention due to his suspicious behavior while speaking with another man in a car.
Upon searching him, the officers found bullets of dried leaves suspected to be marijuana.
A subsequent search at his residence, where a woman was present, uncovered more bullets of the suspected substance.
Both suspects are now in custody, and the seized items have been sent for analysis. Investigations are ongoing.
