Fiji Strengthens Partnerships at Donors Roundtable Meeting

The Fijian government remains committed to fostering strong international partnerships to drive sustainable growth and economic resilience, says Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Hon. Biman Prasad.
Speaking at the opening of the Donors Roundtable Meeting today, Prasad emphasized the importance of collaboration between the government, development partners, and financial institutions to uplift the lives of all Fijians.
The Donors Roundtable Meeting serves as a forum for engaging with international donors and financial agencies to enhance transparency, coordination, and efficiency in foreign aid and investment.
Prasad highlighted that strengthening partnerships will help Fiji address pressing challenges, including climate change adaptation, economic recovery, and poverty reduction.
“We deeply appreciate the commitment of our development partners in supporting Fiji’s economic transformation,” he said.
“Together, we can build a resilient economy and a better future for all Fijians.”
