Fiji will host its first Bhajan Jamming Programme on Thursday, 22 January 2026, as part of a new spiritual and cultural initiative aimed at engaging young people through devotional music, according to organiser Sandeep Singh.
The programme, jointly organised by Hindu Unity and Anubhav Musicals, will be held at the Civic Centre from 6:00pm and is expected to attract more than 350 youths from across the country, Singh said.
He said the event is designed to reconnect young people with spirituality, discipline, and positive values through bhajans, satsang, and devotional music, while also promoting unity within the Hindu community.
Singh said the programme coincides with the third anniversary of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and the Pran Pratistha of Shri Ram Lala, an occasion of significance in the Hindu calendar.
He added that the event will receive national media coverage and be broadcast live across various platforms, with members of the public, particularly youth and families, invited to attend.
Media inquiries and coverage coordination can be directed to Sandeep Singh on behalf of Hindu Unity and Anubhav Musicals.
