Fiji’s Immigration Ministry to Launch Phase 2 of Document Management System

The Ministry of Immigration will launch Phase 2 of its Document Management System (DMS) on February 3, 2025.

This upgrade aims to streamline Study and Resident Permit applications by reducing processing times, allowing online submissions, providing real-time tracking of application status, and enabling secure online payments with immediate confirmation.

The current application portal will close on January 31, 2025.

Applications submitted before this date will be processed under the existing system, while those after February 3 will use the new Document Management System.
