Fiji is preparing to launch its National Security Strategy (NSS), marking a shift from a reactive to a proactive approach to national security.
Minister for Defence and Veteran Affairs, Hon. Pio Tikoduadua, described the NSS as a blueprint for the future, ensuring security efforts are well-coordinated and future-focused.
“This strategy operationalises key priorities, fostering a whole-of-government approach that aligns our military, law enforcement, and civilian agencies,” said Hon. Tikoduadua.
The NSS will be officially launched by the Prime Minister following Cabinet’s endorsement.
