Five Arrested for Aggravated Robbery in Cunningham

Five men in their 20s were apprehended by the Southern Division task force for their alleged involvement in an aggravated robbery in Cunningham.

The suspects reportedly hired the victim’s carrier to transport hardware supplies from Laucala Beach to Cunningham.

Upon arrival, one suspect claimed he needed to retrieve the fare from another location.

When the victim pursued them on foot, the suspects returned, assaulted him, and stole his truck, which was later found abandoned at Cunningham Stage 2.

The task force and Criminal Investigations Department worked tirelessly through the night to locate and arrest the suspects, who are currently being questioned at the Nabua Police Station as investigations continue.
