Government Empowers Koro Youths with Business Grants

The Minister for Youth and Sports, Hon. Jese Saukuru, visited Vatulele Village in Koro to present Youth Income Generating Project Grants to aspiring young entrepreneurs.

Among the recipients was Litea Dimaiyale, who received support to expand her small business.

Laisenia Manuqila was also awarded a $5,000 grant under the Farming Income Generating Project to grow his agricultural enterprise.

Both beneficiaries expressed their gratitude to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, saying the timely assistance would help strengthen their youth clubs not only financially, but also spiritually and economically.

Minister Saukuru urged all young people in Koro to take the first step in pursuing their goals, assuring them that the government stands ready to support their journey.
