Grace Road Teaches Fijians Innovative Farming Techniques
FIJI NEWS

For the past five years, Lagi has been growing more than crops at Grace Road Group, she has been growing her skills, knowledge and passion for modern agriculture.
A graduate with a degree in Agriculture, the girl from Serua is among the many professionals helping drive innovation across Grace Road's farming operations while strengthening Fiji's future food security.
Raised in a farming family, agriculture has always been close to her heart. She says the values of honesty and hard work, taught by her father, continue to guide her every day.
"Farming is hard, but honesty and hard work will always bring success," Lagi said.
Her role at Grace Road has allowed her to combine academic knowledge with practical experience, learning modern farming techniques that she also shares with her family back in Serua.
"My dad is a farmer, and that's one of the reasons I chose agriculture. I take what I learn here back home so he can apply it on our farm. I always encourage him to expand and try new ideas," she said.
Lagi's journey reflects Grace Road Group's continued investment in developing Fijian talent by providing Fijians with opportunities to apply their education, gain hands-on experience and embrace modern agricultural practices.
