Hon. Lynda Tabuya this morning handed over a brushcutter to Luca Bose, a representative of the Cunningham Crime Prevention Committee, at the Cunningham Community Police Post.
The donation was part of her ongoing support for the Cunningham Family Week, a week-long initiative that concludes today, focused on strengthening community bonds and promoting youth empowerment.
The event also highlighted the collaborative partnership between the Fiji Police Force and key stakeholders, including Vanua Kalabu, the Lynda Tabuya Foundation, Nasinu Town Council, the Nasinu business community, and the Vunidakua Methodist Church.
The Cunningham Crime Prevention Committee remains committed to empowering vulnerable youths, steering them away from negative influences and encouraging their involvement in building safer and stronger communities.
“Thank you for your support, Madam!” said community members in appreciation.
