Juvenile Charged Over Fatal Motor Vehicle Accident

A juvenile alleged to have caused the death of two men in a recent motor vehicle accident was formally charged and appeared at the Nausori Magistrates Court on Tuesday, 17 June 2025.

The accused faces two counts of Dangerous Driving Occasioning Death, one count of Driving Without a Valid License, and one count of Driving Without the Owner’s Consent.

He has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to reappear in court on 20 June 2025.
