Man Arrested After Running Naked in Kinoya

Police in Kinoya arrested a man last night after he was seen running naked on the streets.

Videos of the incident have since gone viral on social media, showing the man climbing onto the tray of a moving vehicle while being pursued by an officer.

The footage also shows the man eventually surrendering by lying down in the middle of the road, where police took him into custody.
