Man Arrested, Hunt Continues for Second Suspect in Savusavu Robbery

A man has been arrested, and a search is underway for a second suspect in connection with an aggravated robbery in Savusavu on Friday night.

The two men allegedly forced their way into the home of an elderly couple, stealing cash and a mobile phone.

Following the incident, a task force was established, leading to the arrest of a 27-year-old man, who is currently being questioned at the Savusavu Police Station.

The search continues for the second suspect, whose identity is known to police.

Investigations are ongoing.
