Fiji Airways Fiji Men’s 7s coach Osea Kolinisau has emphasized that there are no "easy games" left in the series, following his team's impressive performance at the HSBC Dubai 7s over the weekend.

Speaking after their campaign in Dubai, Kolinisau noted that the competition has reached a level where every match feels like a quarter-final clash, with all teams coming well-prepared.

The tournament in Dubai saw a series of upsets, underscoring the depth of talent across the board and the increased stakes for every match.

Kolinisau pointed out that this level of competition demands flawless execution, as even minor errors can lead to significant consequences.

“Every game now is like a quarter-final,” Kolinisau said. “We cannot afford to make mistakes. Even a small error can cost us dearly.”

Despite a solid showing in Dubai, Kolinisau admitted there were areas of concern for his side.

“We made a lot of mistakes and missed several opportunities that could have worked in our favor,” he said.

However, he remains confident that the team can improve and is optimistic about their performance in the upcoming Cape Town 7s.
