Opposition Member of Parliament Alvick Maharaj has extended heartfelt condolences following the tragic crash of an Air India flight that resulted in the deaths of 241 people.
MP Alvick Maharaj has expressed deep sorrow over the fatal crash of an Air India flight that departed from Ahmedabad, India, en route to London Gatwick.
The tragedy, which occurred yesterday, claimed the lives of 241 passengers and crew members, with only one reported survivor.
“It is with profound sadness that we extend our deepest condolences to all those who lost their lives in this devastating accident,” Maharaj stated.
“Our hearts go out to the families and friends of the victims. We also offer our thoughts and prayers to the lone survivor, wishing them strength and a full recovery during this incredibly difficult time.”
Maharaj added that the loss of so many lives is a heartbreaking event that resonates across borders.
