He emphasized the urgent challenges posed by climate change and its associated risks, calling for greater international attention and action.

Prime Minister Rabuka used the platform to advocate for a stronger global response to the climate crisis, stressing that the impacts are disproportionately severe for countries and communities in the Pacific region.

He urged world leaders to recognize the unique vulnerabilities of these small island nations and to take immediate, concerted action to mitigate the effects of climate change.
