Ratu Ilisaniti Calls for Reduced Kava Use and Stronger Family Focus

In addition to advocating for family time, the Tui ni Nadogo, Ratu Ilisaniti Malodali, is urging villagers to limit kava consumption and make sure their children are under supervision. This has the effect of keeping young people away from drug-related activities.

In previous interviews, Ratu Ilisaniti warned people in the village of Nadogo to cease cultivating marijuana plants and instead concentrate on other forms of farming in order to increase their income.

Ratu Ilisaniti also emphasized the importance of children engaging themselves more in religious and traditional activities.
