Ridhi Damodar Reflects on Forgiveness and Grace in Easter Message

In a heartfelt Easter message shared this weekend, Ridhi Damodar called on Fijians to reflect on the enduring values of forgiveness, humility, and grace embodied in the life and sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

“This Easter, we remember not just the miracle of the resurrection, but the quiet strength of Jesus's journey,” Damodar said. “Marked by forgiveness in the face of betrayal and humility in the shadow of the cross.”

She highlighted the depth of Christ’s compassion, noting that even in His final moments, He forgave those who wronged Him and continued to love those who had abandoned Him. “He humbled Himself for the sake of all,” her message continued.

In a world where pride and vengeance often dominate public life and politics, Damodar’s Easter message offered a poignant reminder of a different path—one “paved by grace.”
