Rinesh Sharma Attends Conference in Belgium

Opposition MP Rinesh Sharma last month attended the Global Council for Political Renewal (GCPR) conference in Brussels, Belgium, where political leaders from around the world gathered to discuss governance, ethics, and democracy.

The conference, themed “Better Politics and a Brighter World are Possible. But Change Starts Within,” brought together Speakers, Prime Ministers, Members of Parliament, and Ambassadors to engage in discussions on key issues such as political integrity, human rights, environmental sustainability, equitable development, and global peace.

During his address, Hon. Sharma highlighted the importance of integrating young parliamentarians into governance and stressed the need for greater inclusivity and accountability in politics.

He also emphasized the responsibility of political leaders to uphold human rights, democratic values, and the rule of law.

The event provided an opportunity for leaders from different nations to share insights on strengthening governance structures and fostering ethical leadership in their respective countries.
