Samabula Shiv Temple was Allegedly Desecrated

The Samabula Shiv Temple was allegedly desecrated with religious items being smashed and damaged.

Police have confirmed that a suspect was arrested shortly after the incident and is currently in custody at the Samabula Police Station.

Officers responded swiftly following reports of the vandalism and managed to apprehend the man before he could flee the area.

He is being questioned as investigations continue. Police have not yet released the suspect’s identity but say they are treating the matter seriously, given the nature of the offence and its impact on the religious community.

Charges are expected to be laid once investigations are complete.
