Speaker suggests weapons to combat drug crisis

The speaker of parliament, Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu, expressed the need for Fiji to be prepared to combat the surge in drug trafficking, methamphetamine, and marijuana usage, suggesting that weapons should be obtained if necessary.

The Speaker says they unleashed vicious dogs on the police, and soon guns will be used against them and the people.

He also urges the public to report any drug activity to the authorities
