Sprint King Impressed by True Fitness Facility in Navua

Pacific sprint king and QVS-winning coach Banuve Tabakaucoro has praised the facilities at True Fitness in Suva following a recent visit, describing the gym as a standout space for both elite athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts.

Tabakaucoro, widely regarded as one of Fiji’s greatest sprinters, said the facility exceeded expectations in both size and quality.

“Facility was great, so much space to do whatever you need. It’s heaven for elite athletes and fitness fanatics,” he said.

The national record holder added that the experience reminded him of being “like a little kid in a toy store,” noting that he spent close to four hours exploring and training in the facility.

He also highlighted the cleanliness and professionalism of the environment.

“It’s really clean, and the staff were very helpful,” Tabakaucoro said.

The visit comes as True Fitness, operated by the Grace Road Group, continues to position itself as a premium training space in Fiji, catering to both high-performance athletes and the wider public.
