A heavy rain warning remains in place for all of Fiji as wet weather conditions continue across the country.

According to the Fiji Meteorological Service, a trough of low pressure is affecting the southern parts of the country, with another system approaching from the west.

This, combined with an east to northeast wind flow, is expected to bring more rain in the coming days.

The forecast warns of occasional rain, heavy at times, across most areas. Localized heavy downpours could cause flash flooding in low-lying and flood-prone areas.

Fijians are urged to take necessary precautions and stay updated on weather reports.
