Three Tertiary Students Charged with Murder in Nauluvatu

Three male tertiary students have been charged with the murder of a 30-year-old man whose body was discovered at Nauluvatu Settlement on Sunday morning.
According to the Fiji Police Force, two 19-year-olds and a 20-year-old were last seen drinking with the victim earlier that morning, shortly before his body was found.
Following consultations with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, the three were jointly charged with one count of murder contrary to section 237, read with sections 45 and 46 of the Crimes Act 2009.
Police confirmed that the accused will be produced at the Suva Magistrates Court today.
Investigations into the incident are continuing.
