Traffic Officers Identify Koronubu Hit-and-Run Victim

Traffic officers have identified the man who died in an alleged hit-and-run incident in Koronubu over the weekend.

The victim, who was residing in Suva, had been staying with relatives in Koronubu at the time of the incident.

Police have seized a vehicle believed to be involved in the incident. The owner of the vehicle is expected to be brought in for questioning soon.

Forensic examinations will be conducted on the vehicle as investigations continue.

A post-mortem examination of the victim is scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday 5 June 2025.
