True Fitness is expanding its presence in Fiji, with a new facility at Nadi Central set to open this November as part of the company’s push to encourage healthier and more active lifestyles.

The new gym, located at True Mart Nadi Central, follows what the company says has been a strong response to its existing fitness facilities and growing interest among Fijians in making exercise part of their everyday lives.

Group President Daniel Kim said the response had been encouraging and reflected a growing willingness among people to take greater ownership of their health and well-being.

“We have been very encouraged by the response to our gyms. More Fijians are making the decision to exercise, become more active, and invest in their health, and we want to make it easier for them to do that,” Kim said.

He said the company’s longer-term vision went beyond simply opening more gyms.

“Our vision is bigger than simply opening gyms. We want to play our part in building a healthier Fiji by making good-quality fitness facilities more accessible to people and communities around the country.”

Kim said Nadi was a natural next step for the growing True Fitness brand, with the Nadi Central facility expected to provide a convenient fitness option for people living and working in the area.

“Whether someone is stepping into a gym for the first time or has been training for years, we want True Fitness to be a place where they feel comfortable, motivated, and supported to achieve their goals,” he said.

True Fitness Nadi Central will cater to both first-time gym users and experienced fitness enthusiasts, providing a modern environment where members can train at their own pace and work towards their individual health and fitness goals.

The facility is expected to open in November.
