Suva Fire Station Conducts Early Morning Emergency Response Drill

Emergency First Responders at the Suva Fire Station conducted an early morning drill as part of ongoing efforts by the National Fire Authority (NFA) to strengthen emergency preparedness.

The exercise focused on improving operational readiness, teamwork, communication and coordination among emergency response personnel.

NFA said regular drills and practical training are essential to ensuring Emergency First Responders remain prepared to respond quickly, effectively and professionally during emergency situations.

The training also supports the authority’s efforts to maintain a high standard of preparedness in providing timely emergency response and ambulance services to communities.

NFA continues to encourage members of the public to remain aware of emergency procedures and seek assistance when required.
